Q: Does it come with free Power Brick ?

A: No Adaptor Included, you do get a Micro-USB Cable to use it with your existing power supply/Brick. 

Q: Do I Need to have a GST Number to Buy this ?

A: No, you don't need a GSTIN to buy this, But if you do have, the 18% GST Charged is duly available in your firms GST Portal as ITC as we duly file all Sale details to GST along with GST Number if the buyer is a GST Registered Party.
